Lesson Learned: Ask more questions

We've just left Jacksonville for our next adventure in Asheville. We enjoyed Jacksonville very much, but we had a difficult time being able to work. We are both on conference calls all day and my husband records a podcast. The things listed below are in no way meant to disparage the actual Airbnb or the host.
We learned a lot about asking questions. I will list the question first and then talk about the problem.
Question 1: Do you know of any construction that is going on or scheduled to start, is there a daycare, are you in the flight path of a major airport?
The problem: There were two brand new houses being built less than 30 feet away. All day, every day, we had very loud construction noise. Chop saws, nail guns, sanders, trucks, and workers yelling to each other over all the noise. Neither one of us could reliably count on any quiet time to be on calls or record podcasts.
My particular problem: I have ADHD (clinically diagnosed) the constant noise nearly got the better of me. I had to use all the coping tools I knew as well as take more medicine than I normally do.
Question 2: Do you have dedicated workspace or are there at least 2 bedrooms?
The problem: We didn't have individual working spaces. Often one of use would have to go work in the tiny bedroom if we both had calls at the same time. You can see from the pictures, that the bedroom had (what they called) a queen sized bed. One of us would have to sit on the bed and take the call. Most of the time it was me because Harlan has so much equipment, it is very hard to move.
Question 3: Do you have storage space for our close? Do you have a dresser? Do you have adequate storage in the bathroom? Do you have adequate counter space?
Problem: Our clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc. were stored where ever there was a flat surface. The sink in the bathroom had zero counterspace. There weren't enough hangers. Generally our stuff was everywhere.
Question 4: How far is the entrance from the parking? Where is the parking? Is Parking free?
Problem: I've added a video that shows that is was not only a a long way from street parking. Worse than that, we have all rolling luggage. It was of no use for this Airbnb.
Question 5: How fast is your WIFI?
Problem: Actually we had no problem at all with the here; it was screaming fast. We did, however make sure to ask the host in Asheville to tell us what the actual speed is.
